Our History

Our company can be traced back to a chemical manufacturing factory, which the general manager worked in. Mrs. Catheren Xu started the exportation of this factory, and focused on selling the major two chemicals (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Alpha Olefin Sulfonate) of this factory for eight years. After that, Mrs Xu succeeded in continuous of the old business relationships working in a small trading company. Two years later, when Zibo Ruxing company was established by Mrs Xu’s husband, this new company already have fixed suppliers and customers. That was a big start, the bank workers and company register agents were astonished about the large sales value a ‘new company’ could achieve. We not only work by hand, by brain, we work by heart. There is no off time or holidays just if customer is in need. We pursuit prompt action, effective negotiation, full aspect consideration. Once get started, our customer keep cooperating with us. This is how this small company must be a large company in future.

Our Factory

Of course the first factory that Mrs Xu had worked in. Special feelings of years’working together make our communication more convenient. This is a large manufacturer who focus on production of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Alpha Olefin Sulfonate. 

The second factory is another newer manufacturer who have competitive price and developed equipment. Gradually we developed more and more reliable manufacturers, we visit these factories in person, check their production line and record, ensure it’s a qualified manufacturer.

Our Service

Before sales, we study and check whether the manufacturer’s product comply with the customer’s requirement. Send samples to customer for quality approval.

During the sales, we trace the shipment and keep the customer updated. Collect the original shipping documents quickly, send the documents to customers immediately after shipment.

After sales, we trace the customer’s new requests. Keep customers updated if any price change and the market information.
